Ken N Tx's pic of a ketchup smiley face over eggs brings back a childhood memory. I guess I was being a typical 4 year old one morning. I wouldn't eat. So my mom put a ketchup smiley face on my eggs to entice me to eat. But there was no way in hell was I going to eat a "person". My mom lost it, but ain't no way I was going to be a cannibal, even if I never heard of the word. I won, BTW. I got cheerios.

My lunch today reminded me of one of my favorite Best-Go-Togethers....

A cold cut sub sandwich (ham, salami, roast beef, turkey, Swiss cheese etc, etc) with dill pickle slices and yellow mustard, and on the side, Publix (no other kind) macaroni salad and sour cream & onion potato chips.

Possibly my favorite lunch.

Well, for awhile there, while bumming around the country in my youth, it was peanut butter on bread with MD 20/20

Now? It's pancakes and black coffee
or, a good hamburger in an old fashioned café.....with coffee

on occasion, pepperoni pizza and a pitcher of beer...preferably MICHELOB AMBERBOCK

Fine dining?
afterward, a small but decadent sweet.....with brandy.....the trifecta would be a good cigar

Mad Dog is also good for cleaning bugs off your bumper.
