They help the people that sell them. $$$Copper and/or magnetic bracelets were in vogue a few years ago. I skeptically tried a few cheap ones, and found little to no benefit, but the placebo effect may help a few people. Couldn't hurt, might help...but little scientific support...
I think that's the key. Anything might help if you believe in it, especially for pain. That's why double blind testing is important.It all depends on what you believe. I have heard some say they got a benefit from them and others say no.
