How much Florastor (Saccharomyces Boulardii) do you take a day? I found both Florastor and a cheaper brand called Intestinal Support that's also Sacc. Boul. and each capsule of both brands are different strengths.) Also, about how long does it take for it to start working? I've been on it a week but haven't noticed any difference yet.

I only take one a day and I still have a bit of trouble but that is because of the candy/chocolate/take out food I sometimes eat.
