I graduated HS 1973. but I started my home HS in 1972. I did not buy a 1972 yearbook at the time but I have always wanted one. Today I found a 1972 yearbook on eBay and I bought it with good wishes and farewell signatures included. I wonder if I know the original owner?

I have gotten into moods when I want to find an old friend from High School. I searched for them the best I could without spending money. I never could find an exact match. I thought I got close to my girlfriend I had when I was 4-18 years old! But I don't really think it was her. A year book wouldn't help me because I attended just enough to pass...out. :)

When I left home, I took my 1964 yearbook; and gave it to my very first girlfriend for safe keeping. I have no idea, where in the world she and my yearbook are, now.
But, today, most schools have their yearbooks online. There's always that one classmate, who does this.

My high school yearbook was on sale at Classmates.com. They set it up so one could flip through the pages. It turned out to have belonged to a now deceased good friend. Some of the comments were interesting. I have my own copy.

I still have all my high school yearbooks ... but it's become sad and kind of overwhelming to even look at them for a few years now. So many people gone in their 40s, 50s, and early 60s. 🄺 The funny part is all the signatures/messages written in my books... "Never forget the time we...." and I'm like "nope, never happened." 😁

I've been able to see the yearbook for my class at classmates.com.
