Oh I know the spasms only too well.. horribly painful, ...even breathing causes a spasm... I know... but before you get out of bed in the morning do these exercises, they are very gentle .. and they really will help you to get out of bed easier... and any time during the day, when you get the spasms do them then...Thank you Holly, I will do this later on today.
Pain is much less than yesterday. I can walk around - with extreme care - still getting spasms which hurt like the bejesus.
Slow and gentle.
