Calling All Dogs, Beautiful or Funny

I wish I could post pictures of my pups. Big dog has really been scratching and chewing at his hind quarters for a few weeks now. I know he does not have fleas because he takes heartworm and flea medication, the same as the little two.

I realized I have been scratching my own scalp as well for a while and discovered I had dandruff, dry scalp, I have been treating my own so decided it was time to help him. I took the new clippers and shaved that boy's backside. Man, you could see the dry skin right away.

I have been rubbing his hind quarters in Vaseline and I know he feels so much better. He now comes to me and lays his big head on the jar of Vaseline to let me know he feels itchy. He looks very funny with a bald butt, but he feels so much better. Hopefully it will heal as the fur grows back in.
