Can Anyone Make Sense Of This Statement?

If it lies in the context of quantum physics I would not pursue the meaning.
That is exactly the kind of response I would expect from you. Others here may well be interested in current scientific research.

Don't blame you. Whoever understands QP deserves a prize:)
Those of us outside the scientific community can understand bits and pieces of it. We can also experiment with quantum computing via an account at IBM. Write your model, submit it as a job on IBM's cloud, and get the results. Then you can get pretty close to hands on with a piece of this emerging technology. Be curious.

They say Einstein fought against accepting some aspects of quantum physics, but almost every devices we use now, such as these computers etc., are somehow based upon its application.
Good observation.

The things we take for granted today, would seem like magic to somebody 100 years earlier. I have told the story in these forums how, when I attended a computer programming night school course back around 1980, our instructor spent about 15 minutes at the beginning of one session telling the students how stupid I was for building a micro-processor based computer because there was no future in it. As I say, be curious. It is certainly far more interesting than ignoring what is going on around us.
