Actually had to do something like this one, hurricane was approaching and water rising quickly.
Took computers, cell phones, wallet, money, a few days clothes, dog and cat. Moved the boat inland, and drove both cars away.

I'd grab my laptop and backup USB drive. All the physical stuff can be replaced. The intangibles, those are life's work.

We've had this question asked a lot on here over the years, and ultimately the choices change ....
Only 3 things is very hard to choose.... but I would take the 3 that I can't replace, and that would be my external Hard-drives...my small-ish indoor Safe... and my bag..

Would have to wake husband up,, than grab our wallets & the dog.
It would have to a slow burning fire as our bedroom is on second floor.

well I would if I couldn't replace them easily..lol...that's what I mean about finding it hard to choose just 3 things. I'd want to save so much other stuff, none-less than my specs..and my car keys.. and my phone, and it's charger, my ipad, and kindle, .. and all of my shoes and bags.. and so much more...I really can't believe you wouldn't go back for the contents of your shoe cupboard
