Can you be suffering and not aware of it?

I think they're using the word in a somewhat different context. I always think of "suffering" as in pain physically or emotionally. Maybe they mean it in your scenario as "affected by". So maybe yeh, there is a suffering than cannot be felt.

Thanks Sunny, the skin on my fingertips is red and angry looking but it's not so painful this morning, I've just put zinc & castor oil cream on them that helps.. ... ..Lesson learned tho', no more tea-towels, I've got to get an oven glove of some type..

I agree and only suggest a person research the herb. I have used it for years with success when I needed it and keep it near. My doctor wanted me to take RX chemicals and after reading the possible sight effects I said no.

thanks Norman.......,but i dont do herbal meds...plus ive heard st johns wort, doesnt mix very well, inside the body with certain foods and drink......
my medication is only water, which i think does ones body good ....
but thanks !!
