There was a thread here I was watching with interest. I'll research more if I'm ever able to have the counter space. Here, there is just no room. But it sounds like a good suggestion. I'm sure uses less electricity with the way prices are going up.Remy, when you move you might want to consider getting a stove top convection oven. Find one big enough to hold a 9"x13" pan, and you won't miss your full sized oven. Most days I cook for just me, so I don't need to use my big oven. I only use my big oven for braising something like a large pot roast or when I need to use a sheet pan. Everything else goes in the smaller convection oven.
