After I have been sitting for even a short length of time (like now typing this on my iMac), or bending slightly to sweep or vacuum, it becomes difficult to stand straight up because of the pain. After I stand and move around for a while it does get better, but if I stand too long without leaning on something, the pain returns. The pain is not excruciating, but it is quite uncomfortable. Bent over like this I feel like Quasimodo from The Hunchback of Notre-Dame! I'm 70, fairly active in my yards, housework and with my two Golden Retrievers. Anyone else have this trouble? Is this lumbar spondylosis?
