So, my mom was a docent at a local zoo around here, but also at the Bronx Zoo in NYC. She got to hold a lion cub! (I will always be completely jealous).

I asked my mother what the little guy was like. My mother said that he was VERY heavy and VERY sleepy!

This isn't a picture of that one, just a lion cub picture from Mr. Internet...

I saw these guys in an entirely different video. Sorry now to learn Leo has passed.

but they both have wonderful tummies that get wonderful belly rubs. Mostly on dogs, because if you try it with a cat, they will try to murder you. But I still do it with my babies once and awhile. They just look at me strangely, and say, "Geez...just get a life already..."
