The local weather report.
Facebook and senior forum.
My steps walked, on my watch.
My mail, except on Sunday.

I'm getting better though, I used to check everything three or four times now I only check them once.

the papers..
The time!

At one time, I'd have included that on my list as well. Alas, in my case there's nothing left to "check".

The first thing I do when I wake up is call the family and check that they are OK.
Check my schedule to see if anything is scheduled for the day.
And then the hectic day begins.
Oh and I check the forum to enjoy myself.
