I play chess at Chess.com for 3 to 4 HOURS EVERY DAY. It exercises the brain and PREVENTS dementia. I'm 88 and have been doing that activity for 15 years now. It really works. Its the best exercise for the brain and keeps one's thoughts organized and RETAINED!!
