My husband made a Gumbo yesterday with crab meat, shrimp, spicy Italian sausages, okra, canned tomatoes, etc. over white rice. We're having the rest of it today. Raspberry strudel from French bakery for dessert.

Shrimp cocktail, roast beef, potatoes O'Brien, green beans, cheese/spinach/mushroom ravioli. Greek cookies and cheesecake for dessert.

With just adults, I love to serve small bites and wine. Giant shrimp cocktail, Scallops wrapped in bacon, deviled eggs, cold marinated orzo salad with veg & mozz, and assorted dessert tray from bakery. It was one of the most relaxing Christmas's ever.

Roasted lamb chops with mushrooms, onions, small round potatoes, tomatoes, and garlic; sweet potato casserole; spanakopitas; dill dip ; cranberry sauce; dinner rolls; kalamata olives. Dessert was a chocolate mousse cake.
