Christmas lunch alone? what food will you choose ?

I May have this Ice-cream which I've found in Lidl recently...it's absolutely delicious...

It says Dairy ice cream but is labeled Vegetarian. How does that work. It doesn’t seem to meet the usual standards. I’d still eat it because it looks delicious.

Vegetarian. not vegan... most vegetarians eat Dairy...

I don't understand why people so dislike fruitcakes and why it is always criticized...maybe they had lousy fruitcakes... but I love a lot of fruit, nuts ...and I have found good ones at Walmart and Publix..and Collins Bakery..

I like the ones that are dense and have a lot of nuts.

"Smooth dairy ice cream" ... does that mean vanilla ice cream? (Yes, I see the coffee ice cream filling.)

Yesterday I bought a Beef Wellington... 2 in fact... they came in a pack of 2..freshly made.. I froze them in time for Xmas...

I haven't had Beef Wellington in years! Wonderful choice.
We have (or had) one little restaurant 30 minutes away that made it. It was near where I worked. One day for lunch I treated myself and it was delicious! Before that I don't think I had it since the seventies.
I may have to check and see if that restaurant is still there.
