All In The Family. There will never ever be another show like Archie Bunker because the present political correctness will not allow it. Now, we all suppose to be nice & "all inclusive". LOL

Old ones = Frazier, Seinfeld, Andy Griffith

Maybe, but we're older people & the new comedy shows probably appeal to youngsters.

I agree with you win. I don't even know any of the new comedy shows on now. I don't think any can be as good as the oldies. I watch episodes of the Dick Van Dyke show on youtube almost every night.I think I have watched all the ones on there.Now I'll have to see if they have episodes of another of my favorites "Golden Girls.
Did like "The Big Bang Theory" though...adored Sheldon's mom!

I like ALL of the characters in "Young Sheldon'', even the library lady, the drama teacher (Jason Alexander), the parson, even the new coach that is dating MeeMaw. MeeMaw, of course, is quite a character, just love her!
I am old also and there are loads of oldies I watch on my Fire Stick..The OP did not ask for them...My opinion and I am sticking to it hockey puck!! LOL
We have the same tastes in shows.
I love the new comedy shows on currently. ... CBS has the most, and ABC a few also.

It's a hoot! I like Billy Gardell, he even has a tiny part in "Young Sheldon". He plays a guy that falls in love with his Nigerian nurse and hires her to take care of his mother who had a stroke. The comedy is hilarious. They do have a lot of racial jokes, but I don't find them offensive.
