Complaining. (How Often Do You Do It?)

I could have gone a week without complaining if TD Bank didn't mess up my money last week. Had to make two calls and go to the branch in person. They wound up fixing the issues but I had to nicely complain to the representatives to get everything resolved. Other than that, thankfully I don't have much to complain about.

In my head I complain very often, usually about the idiotic way people behave, and many times those silent complaints are aimed at myself.

Outloud I complain very little, complaining to others about this or that rarely accomplishes anything so why waste the oxygen.

This mostly in my head. The only person who hears my comments is my DH. Or maybe folks on forums.

2 Cats and a Cotton. Yea they are outside a lot. They just want treats and attention all the time.
Or they are sleeping. Anytime a word is said they are around us immediately. The Cotton
loves to run alongside the UTV & will go off with any of our neighbors on one.

I’m sorry. I don’t know what a cotton is. I’ve had dogs, cats and bunnies. The bunnies had a big crate downstairs and an outdoor pen. The only reason we had a pen was to protect ( them ) from predators. The rabbits were always house trained. All of our dogs were house trained. None of them ever ran off. They have no reason to.

My biggest complaint is about how my pets behave all the time.
I know they are mostly bored and wanting attention. But
just give me a freaking break will you's !
That is what I am talking about. I was unwell yesterday and they would not give me a break. Sometimes I don't want them sitting right on top of me. I know they know I don't feel well, their answer is to get even closer. I got rather cross with them last night.

My husband is a fixer. I have to keep this in mind when talking to him
. I think most men are.
Yes, for better or worse, I guess I'm a fixer. DW is quite lovable in a lot of ways, and definitely talented & accomplished. Yet she can worry like a champ (as she even says of herself), and that can lead to complaints. I always try to reply by suggesting what occurs to me as being helpful... dunno how often she gets something useful from that, but I know sometimes she does.

I’d be completely lost without my husband.
He truly IS my knight in shining armour. I’m sure you are the same to your wife.

I’m a complainer. I wish I could say I’m not but that would be a lie. Sometimes I even look for what’s wrong. I strive to have a positive attitude and I often do but there are times that I fail miserably.
