Makes you wonder about unintentional pregnancies . Should EVERY female who gets pregnant deliver a child? Safe haven laws need to be in all states…and the age of unconditional release of a child be at five years.

Here in Pennsylvania, if a prisoner is a member of a gang that turned state’s evidence against the rest of the gang to gain a conviction, it is possible that the Judge could order the individual to be protected while incarcerated. Any witness that is also guilty of a crime could ask the Judge to be moved to a neutral prison away from other gang members or be placed in protective custody while incarcerated. That doesn’t mean the Judge will honor the request, but would take the request under advisement.
