I have too much couscous left over from tonight. Does anyone have a FAVORITE and delicious recipe of stuffed peppers with couscous. What I've seen so far in Pinterest is not what I'd like. Should I bake the peppers first? Thanks.
I don't know if I'd stuff with just cous cous. Maybe if mixed with ground beef or turkey? Def onions. Maybe some cream cheese? Corn? Cumin? Chopped tomatoes?
I don't have a fav; just brain storming. Maybe cut the peppers length wise and bake.
When I have left over cous cous, I treat it like fried rice...add tiny chopped vegetables and saute in olive oil. Top with a very thinly sliced omelette. Add chillis (optional).
