that's so funny..I understood every word.... perhaps I spent too many years working on TV drama..

..customer wanted a refund instead, and the managaress wouldn't give that either...customer demanded her rights.. siad where's your sign saying no refunds the manager said I don't have to sell you anything... get out of my store.. in the meantime, hot head behind was screaming obscentieis, and was calling for a fight... 'nother customer, threatens to send the footage on her phone to their corporate head office, and tells friend to leave , and they'll come back later.. friend says ''grab my shirt, they go to leave.. hot head runs in for the attack...

It appeared to be the junior sales girl who tried to leave & was tackled; person taking video said that she would get the red shirted jr. sales girl fired. The customer appeared to be a white girl; the red head in red shirt the mgr.

I think the customer expected a cash refund and was offered a credit; or nothing if the receipt was of a certain date.

Probably customer dissatisfied, and yeah, I do believe jr. sales girl got a power trip.

It looked to me as though the salesgirl threw the shirt on the end of the counter, saying, "here's your shirt, take it." But the other one's mouth was going on like a machine gun, so she never even heard her.

I only had one dissatisfied customer in all the years we operated our store. Before it got crazy, and she began to threaten she'd "ruin me" that I just kindly did what she requested although against store policy.

Yikes. Am I correct in thinking that they didn’t let anyone out of the store at the end? All kinds of potential for terrible consequences if these folks were allowed to carry guns.

Well, it is Family Dollar, and I don't really see the back story to assess who is right and who is wrong. I can assess that they are all trashy people. And yes, we have more than our fair share in the Good Ole' US of A.
