Cutting ones own hair......

Some may remember, that I was considering buying an at home hair clipper kit?.......Well I did.

Wish i would have years ago, it is easier than i thought it would be, including beard...I think it looks fine, it [my hair] is now short. Now a professional barber might say.......e-gads, but I doubt it.

Complete kit, trimmer, a selection of guards/combs, oil, soft case,etc........$49.95 delivered.

Instead of going to the barber twice p/year...I'll now cut it about once p/month.......I want to keep it short.

Gave the hair on back of head a trim.
Think my last hair cut was either Oct. or Nov.

We bought a small battery powered clipper .
It fits in palm of hand , has extra guides for cutting hair.

I haven't got brave enough to use them on rest of hair.

Can hear the girl who cuts my hair, saying,,"Granny's been playing with the scissors again."

I cut about 4 inches off mine a few weeks ago with a new sharp pair of scissors. I bought some dog trimming scissors, too, and hope to be able to cut my dogs hair some if she will stand still. Going to have to teach her "stay."

Excellent purchase. I've been cutting my own hair for years and the wife still allows me to go out in public.

Yes my husband has got hair clippers, and has had them for quite a long time. ( they're digital)... but he's never really used them preferring to go to the barbers every 2 weeks .. However, today we used them on his head since he's not been able to go to a barbers for a month , so I did the majority of his hair and he finished it off at the top where he could see, ... and he's decided now that he's never going to the barbers again., and will just continue to cut his own hair from now on..

I live on my own and bravely bought a haircutting kit £50, with a hand mirror i can do the back and sides but I had to get used to it not I'm happy. Once in a blue moon, i go to the Turkish hairdresser with al the burning in ears and nose.

My husband has a flowby You don't cut your hair it blows the hair into the flowby….He has it for many years....So we are not home, so he
looked up if they are still making the flowby….They do....We are still waiting a week for the flowby….
