Rather obvious, but it's a potato vine plant, green and growing,
which was started by placing a small seed potato, underneath a composted couch cushion.
Not sure if that is done, outdoors in the garden, or indoors.

I haven't ever known many clockwise people!

Now, counterclockwise people, I have known quite a few!
