I was searching around for something more inspiring than celebrity gossip and I ended up with a list of Ted Talks. I chose one called How to Make Stress Your Friend by Kelly McConigal. It is worth checking out (google) if you are stressed out. 
The gist of it is that if you think stress is harmful to your health, it is. If you roll with it, it can be beneficial. I can't vouch for the science but it is worth considering.
