Death is the greatest gift life can bestow!

Ok, enough already...a picture and an action that sums this up, hopefully soon. :)

Mm
Do you not have any kind of filter to what you let your fingers type?! Do you have any idea what a post like this could do? Do you know that there are nearly 800 un-registered visitors reading this forum right now and 40 members? How many of those people are depressed and desperately reaching out for an anchor of ANY kind and come to see someone saying "Death is a blessing?" I really want to say some uncharacteristic (for me) words right now. If Pepper's right about you wanting negative attention, there would be better ways to do it. Don't spread your gloom and doom to readers who may be in a very precarious place right now. 😡
I am not seeking negative attentiuon, I am telling you excactly how I feel, If you don’t feel the way I feel chances are you are not me.

Ed, maybe if you were less self involved and raging for attention, you would have time to actually HAVE a life.

I pride myself on the life I have, no one here can claim my pride of life, unless you are one of the clones.

Fair enough. So how ya know it's a "blessing" and not a hellish torture? Real question... you haven't been there. None of us have. So it is just your personal belief that it's a "gift" and a good thing... correct? Others may not agree and your mileage may vary... right?

Well yeah of course. My dear friend, you didn’t actually think that I know for certain? Why are you getting so bumbed out about what I post?
if it is because of unprocessed grief i am sorry.

there is so much being said on this forum that every upset stomach is being stirred up ; slapped around and put back to rest again - just get used to it!! - this is NOT a pray meeting ; a buddhist meditation or a mortuary service ?

If you think about it, death is the only possible gift that life can bestow. Life takes away or ceases to exist. The gift of death comes after life can give no more. The greatest sacrifice of life is stopping

"Death is the only wise advisor that we have. Whenever you feel, as you always do, that everything is going wrong and you're about to be annihilated, turn to your death and ask if that is so. Your death will tell you that you're wrong; that nothing really matters outside its touch. Your death will tell you, 'I haven't touched you yet." - Carlos Castaneda
Do you agree with Carlos when he sent his student to kill the witch so he would have a worthy adversary?

He is just seeking negative attention Mr. Hackney.

I don't remember that part. It's been 40+ years since I read that hippie horse manure. I just thought that passage I quoted sounded cool.I have no idea what it means if anything.

Think about it this way, look at life and death as charcters not as conditions. Assuming life and death cannot exist without the other, they are lovers. Life begins at birth, death arrives when it overcomes life. It is with great sacrifice that life gives death its turn to rule over life.

At the time I was reading Carlos Canstenda I was impressionable to believe it was true, hell I read Alice in Wonderland for the same reason.

Tbh @Mr. Ed, I don't often get your posts but, I personally find that ☝️a very interesting thought.

It came to me from a transcommunicable course of reasoning.
