Degenerative Arthritis Davey Do

Thank you for the kind words, @Paco Dennis, as is yours.

I can identify with you on the "one or two takes", but some projects call me back and may take months to create a product, while others are done in one session, and others abandoned entirely, never getting out of the starting gate.

One of the great things about art- versus nursing, for example- no one cries, no one dies, or has to go to ER. Mistakes in nursing can result in tremendous ramifications, whereas in art, there are no mistakes, just more discoveries.

On the home front, my status continues to improve: Decreased pain in the a.m. and throughout the day. I even did some chores today which Belinda had taken over during the interim.

Here's looking to a light at the end of the tunnel!

Dr. Geoff, the chiropractor, suggested an inversion table in dealing with my back and hip pain. I've thought for a long time, that if I could hang upside down from my knees, that might relieve some stress on my back, but never attempted it, fearing I'd fall on my head and do more harm than good.

The wife went ahead and ordered one and it came today, but I haven't put it together yet.

I'm hoping I'm going to feel like...

My chiro forbade me to get one of those table, he said my
back would be even worse off than it already is.....

Yeah, I'm sure the location and situation of the back pain has a lot to do with it, hawkdon.

This type of therapy is meant for lower back conditions, like lumbar-sacral-coccyx, yet would not necessarily be recommended for problems in the cervical or thoracic regions.

BTW: Thanks for your regular & continued support!
