Do you agree that Wolf Whistling should be made a criminal offence ?

Any articles I found in the internet are from as far back as May 2022 and they all say it's unlikely to pass. It's more political smoke and mirrors to make it appear that politicians are doing their job. They make a case for something nobody wants passed and then one of them pretends to be the one who keeps things in perspective. (Most of what politicians do in the United States is like this).
I totally agree. It's just political fluff to toss out to a segment of one's constituency.

Here is some further thinking: What about arresting all those women (especially so called celebrities) for sticking their boobs in everybody's face. We should also arrest all those strange young men playing their loud music in cars and trucks when they come to a red light. What about arresting politicians for not keeping their promises that they made when they were on the campaign trail? Senior citizens could be arrested for either driving or walking too slow. What about those young people starring at their smartphones and blocking others from doin

Sure, arrest everyone for anything. Even start arresting all the police. I can't imagine the intellectual level of people who write such silly "horse puppy" writing!

Packerjohn, your pic of the blogger pretty much shows they kind of people, who think this is an issue.

yes I totally agree... however the Uk has become a country that bows to the woke and minority views before it even thinks of addressing much more serious issues.. :(..so watch out this will be coming to wherever you are soon..

I don't understand how wolf whistling, or the cat call can be made illegal. I remember wolf whistling at girls when I was younger and how some ignored me. But there were times when the woman would walk up to me, and I would find out that I had caught a Tiger by the tail. She would want me to put out and show her a good time.

Why not, In Utah it's illegal to herd sheep in Salt Lake, throw manure in Logan or snowballs in Provo, and elephant hunting is strictly illegal statewide.

But it's hard to beat Singapore where there are lots of illegal things, including:
  • Selling gum
  • Annoying someone with a musical instrument
  • Flying a kite that interferes with public traffic
  • Singing or uttering songs that have either obscene lyrics or obscene “ballads”
  • Spitting
  • Distribution of "obscene" materials (prostitution however is legal).
  • Connecting to another user's Wi-Fi
  • Forgetting to flush the toilet
  • Walking in the nude at home
  • Feeding pigeons
  • Urinating in a public elevator. In Singapore, some public elevators come equipped with Urine Detection Devices that set off an alarm and close the doors when any odor or urine is detected until the police arrive.
  • Taking drugs before you enter the country

walking in the nude at HOME?😲

Just imagine the chaos something like that would cause... even worse than selling gum!
what I want to know is how they would know you were naked in your own home.. after all if a neighbour saw you it would be indecent exposure probably.. and being as it's illegal, people will no doubt keep their curtains closed.. so how do they make a law like that stick..
