Do You Believe In The Saying "All Things In Time"?

If so, please give example(s). If not, perhaps you can say why.
One example that readily comes to mind is for years, we went to a park that had a water sprout in it's pond because I love being near water. When my husband couldn't drive, sometimes I'd take the train there. I finally found out (don't remember how) that if I took the train to the last stop in Hoboken, N.J., I would be at it's waterfront park that is on the Hudson river. Sometimes I think...gee..I could've been going there all that time. I've been going there for years now, mostly by train, which is a nice outing. I get my exercise in by walking the promenade and putting in a couple of miles. Hopefully I'll be able to enjoy it for many more years.

I always interpreted the phrase to mean if you are patient and diligent things will work out.

But I don't believe that to be true, sometimes life just doesn't swing your way.

I understand this to mean things will appear when they are meant to appear, within their own time, when they are "ripe", and all the conditions are met, the event or phenomena will "be". It now has existence in it's current form. We can not push or hurry for example mother nature, or the maturing of flowers and when they bloom. Life is full of surprises when we can see this happening around us. New things are appearing all the time, just at the "right" moment.

I think the saying "

All Things In Time

is valid.

What those things are [good or bad] is the unknown until they happen.

Patience is overrated, I think. So much time passes and ? What about the saying Fortune Favors the Brave? I resonate more with this one so will follow it. What do you think? I guess it's a matter of which saying appeals to your personality.
