It seems like everyone hates Walmart for one reason or another . I can see their point , but I'll shop at anywhere that saves me money. Hobby Lobby had this big legal thing awhile ago about covering birth control in their insurance. It made the news ! People went crazy ...but I still shop there . I don't care about the owners beliefs. I don't launch a personal vendetta against stores because of their religion/ beliefs . I'm all for saving money !

I don't buy certain products because of reasons. There is always someone else with a similar product.

I shop wherever and whenever....I'm looking for the best product and the best price at the nearest location. I go to the store to get something I need....not to make a political or social "statement".

Not really, I shop at Walmart all the time, never went to Hobby Lobby much regardless of their religious stances, mostly go to Michael's maybe once a year for some little item or two. I don't like to throw money out the window, so I'll shop where I can get good prices.

I'm trying to stretch our spending dollar as far as I can. Also Walmart is the closest large store to me. Driving 19 miles is easier than driving 30. Also, once we get there we have to come home again so it's another 19 miles. Not to offend anyone but I don't go to Hobby Lobby because of their religious beliefs. And I was in there once and it seemed kind of pricey and I didn't see anything I wanted. I love Michael's but I haven't heard anything about their religious beliefs, is there something I should know??

So you're saying your love of money is stronger than any moral conviction. That makes me sad for you. I sense you wouldn't want me to pray for you, so I'm sitting on my wallet in your name for a while...

this may be where loss leaders come into play
(taking those evil storekeeper's money)

The morals police always want to boycott. They also frown upon those who cross a picket line to get a bargain. Again, it depends on whether one agrees or disagrees, your choice and no one should condemn another for a choice.

Yeah, my money is on money. Moral conviction when convenient or trying to blend in or avoid the inevitable argument. Seriously though, life really is too short for all the drama, in my opinion of course. Don...

My beef with Hobby Lobby is their Christmas decorations in July...
They claim to be a Christian company but they don't have an issue with plugging into the Christmas machine.
Also just about everything in that store is made in China,Japan, etc.
