Years ago I was a very fast and efficient eater due to limited time for meals at school and at work.
I remember being embarrassed on a few occasions in restaurants when I finished my meal well before the other people at the table.

And, Ruth, will some teeth missing, when you are baking a plate-pie, you can make a neat pattern around the rim of the pie.I was always a fast eater but now with several teeth missing I had to chew longer. I fixed the situation ,I now cut it smaller on my plate and scarf it down just as fast as I did before. Where there's a will there's a way.
This is how one of my disabled sons eatsthere is the option of pureeing our foods in a blender and drinking them, if
we can't chew well?
