Do You Fast Regularly?

Do you fast on a regular basis and for how many days? For health or weight loss?

I hear/read some actors saying they do it monthly for a few days. I can barely make it through 24 hours when I have to do it for a medical procedure. I sure won’t do it by choice.

I try to fast every day. I eat Eggs fast, Potatoes faster, and Meat like a dream swallow. Does that help?
I'm sure 14,000 steps a day is a great plan too with all the suffering, starving and Gutt pain. 8 hours a
day out of the house fussing in the garage etc helps with that plan.

I don't fast at all. Auto immune diseases run in my family and they benefit from eating several SMALL healthy meals a day, kind of like a mini meal. I can see where this would help control them because the food keeps your energy levels steady and increases endurance. This is what I do and feel very good about it so there is no need to fast.

We're all different. Find what works for your health.

I do intermittent fasting daily. My eating window is usually around 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Following keto/carnivore eating you find that you are not starving. I have coffee early in the morning and I don't count that as a meal even though I have cream in it. Yeah, there are many people in my keto groups who fast for a number of days. You don't have to do that. Most of them have serious health conditions they are trying to fix so that is why they fast like that. I have never done that.

No I dont.

I miss a meal now and then for different reasons but no planned fasting.
