Do you find bald men attractive? Is it a look you prefer?

If I liked the man, bald or not, wouldn't make a difference.

On the other hand, I couldn't be attracted to a man who had a comb over! I use to work with a man whose parting was just above his left ear and his hair was heavily lacquered over his head and pinned behind his right ear. He was the IT guy and always seemed stressed so, by the end of the day, his hair had escaped from behind his right ear and would be sticking up in the centre of his head like an antenna!
 

Generally I don’t notice one way or the other. Then there’s that combover. 😳

One of news hour reporters has a very dominant forehead. He tries everything. It’s distracting as we watch his attempts to disguise it. The rest of his hair is dark. Maybe he’ll be better off when he goes silver. He’s an excellent reporter. Wonder if this has been a liability in a world that places high value on looks.
 
One day when I was working, many moons ago, and making my rounds, I had just taken an order and was leaving the salon when, as I walked out, I ran into a salesman who had just called on the optometrist next door. He was sitting on a bench, we said hello, and he motioned for me to take a seat next to him. I sat down because I had a few minutes to kill. As we were chatting, he turned the conversation to his hair, or rather, lack thereof. He asked me if he should get a hairpiece. He wanted to know if it would make him more attractive.

I thought it was odd that he was asking me about this out of the blue, but I answered him honestly. I said, "It might make you feel as though you'll look more attractive because you'll feel more confident wearing a hairpiece, but I think you look just fine the way you are." He said, "Really?" I replied, "Yes, really. However, if you're going to go that route, please find a professional who can help you choose the right hairpiece and fit you properly. Spend the money on a lid with a thin skin made of 100% human hair so you don't look like you're wearing a dead animal on your head. And keep in mind that if you get seriously involved with a woman, she will almost certainly discover that you wear a hairpiece. Whether or not it will make a difference to her, I don't know. So, you need to be prepared for that." Yes, that's what I said. I have no idea what the upshot was because I never saw him again.

Bald guys are ready in minutes - Unlike some men who takes ages styling their hair- a bald man is ready for the off with just a few moments notice - meaning you can go off and enjoy yourselves asap.

They don’t take ages in the bathroom - Which means more time for you and no clogging up the drain!

They don’t follow fashions - They will never fall victim of the man bun, the comb over or the wet look from too much gel. They are like a good pair of jeans - consistent with whatever look is in vogue at the time.

You probably notice their other features more - If you’re not distracted by their hair - you probably find their smile and eyes to be their most attractive features.

They look sharp in a suit - Being bald makes men look neat and tidy all the time - so when they are in tailored suit, the whole look is polished and flawless.

They never suffer from bed hair - So they look just as amazing when they get up as they do when they go to bed.

They look more masculine - Men with perfect hair can sometimes give off a more feminine than masculine vibe - baldness screams manly which is a huge turn on for potential suitors.

They’re probably really confident - If they lost their hair young - they will have come to terms with it by now and probably embrace the fact they have no hair. They don’t get hung up on their looks and that body-positivity rubs off on you.

They know that your body sometimes has its own plan - So if you have something you’re a bit insecure about too (that you can do nothing to alter) they’ll totally understand that we all have things that make us unique.

Myself, being a guy, think most guys that shave their hair look cool. However, I have felt lucky to have kept most of my hair. I look back at my mom and dad’s pictures and I can see my mom had really thick hair and my dad had normal hair for a man his age at the time of the picture. My dad had a full head of hair, but not near as thick as my mom’s.

I once heard that men’s hair (if they lose their hair) takes after their mom’s brothers. My mom’s brothers both had a lot of hair. So maybe that’s true, or maybe it’s an old wive’s tale. I don’t know.
 
I used to see an elderly man who was a volunteer at the hospital where I worked. I couldn't figure what the heck he had on his head until one day when I was able to get right up behind him.

His hair must have been three feet long because he had it wrapped around his head a couple of times to the point that it looked like a Dairy Queen cone, if Dairy Queen came in a flavor that looked like dead black hair with a hit of red tones. You could see where it was growing out the back of his head and, as I said, he had it wrapped around his head like a turban.

It was the strangest thing I've ever seen.

I had a former boss who had the "18-hair combover". He'd spray it down until it was like a skull cap and when the wind blew, sometimes it would flop it over to the side and it would be hanging off the side of his head until he had clapped it back in place.

The Spousal Equivalent has the dreaded 18-hair combover. I cut his hair and I threaten that one of these days, my hand is going to slip and whoosh, there goes the combover. Well, it's his hair, I guess.
