Sure, I get a good night's sleep. Bed at 9:30, read until 10:15, lights out and up by 5:30. I don't need a sleep aid and I walk everyday for about an hour. I have lost weight and I don't toss or turn like I used to and I watch my diet. All this seems to work plus I am retired so no rush to get up or work to worry about.
