Celery and carrot sticks help me exercise my jaw.
Dry cheerios, a slice of toast, woven wheat crackers, or Wasa bread are good when I crave something with carbs.

Yeah the veggie non-salted chips but gotta be careful munching....might lose part of my chompers in the process....happened a few months ago with eating popcorn with the grandkids, ewww....luckily it was a back molar....lost half of it.....

I know what you mean about munchy, crunchy, stuff and I try to make food with that taste.
I picked up some fried onion flakes and I add them to different sandwiches and salads . Gives the food that little extra.
I try to stay away from cheese snacks or potato chips because of the sodium content. My blood pressure spikes every once in awhile and I don't know why.

I like that idea with the onion flakes. I will see if I can find some.
I get fresh celery and carrots and put them in my salads and also I put a little whipped cream cheese on celery too when I have it by itself.

We are getting our groceries to bring to the house....Lazy, HA!!! I can't stand going into the
supermarket with my mask on.....I don't care if I go to the drug store with it on, cause I don't
stay long....
So we are getting out of here....Not that I don't like it here....We have to get home...
To many things to do...We've been gone from late December....We were supposed to
go home in early April....No No NO No, we weren't allowed...No planes were not going,
95 no no no....cause we were going to New Jersey.....Contamination, I guess....
Son is coming for us.….Yay!!!!!!

I used to eat the whole bag of chips too but buy the sweet potato chips now and eat less of them.

Tim's Cascade kettle fried chips with salt and vinegar. They're mine. All mine I tell you. You can't have any because they are all just for me!

My wife and I have both developed a taste for the Great Value Honey BBQ Corn chips sold at Walmart, for about 90 cents/sack. We bought some of those a couple of years ago, and quickly became "addicted"....we probably go through a sack every 5 or 6 days.

Salty crunch things are my downfall. I don't need the carbs. I don't need the salt. I don't need the calories. But apparently they need *me*. It's nice to be needed.

Yep..chips. I normally buy just the smaller, single serve bags. I also like the "sweet & salty" snack mixes.

I love Fritos corn chips but I have to admit they are just a vehicle to get the sour cream onion dip into my mouth.
I also love pumpkin seeds the ones that are all white with a half inch of salt on them.
