I have a membership at Massage Envy and while I was working I was never going and just racking up credits. When I lost my job and retired I canceled every membership/subscription that I didn't think was necessary, including Massage Envy. Then I realized massages were something I did for myself and could even possibly improve my health.
I've been going every month now and some of the knots that were in my shoulders are no longer there. My massage therapist uses medium pressure so it isn't painful during the massage but I can feel it afterward. I always wonder if my mother, who never had a massage, would have had fewer aches and pains as she aged if she had. I got a massage today and literally went in and out of consciousness the entire time. It was great!
Wonder if anyone else in the forum is a believer in massages.
