No guilt.

I try to use the 80/20 rule, make good choices 80% of the time and indulge myself 20% of the time.

I do try to stay within my daily calorie allowance even on those days when I’m enjoying a treat.

The holiday eating season from October through April is very difficult for me!

Too many childhood memories associated with family and food.
