Do you have a mantra to share?

Be what you is not what you what you ain’t

I am excited that my interest in spiritual awareness and connectedness have resurfaced again. The timetable for enlightenment occurs but a few times in a person's lifetime according to individual circumstance. Often the mid-twenties are a time to cultivate new ideas and discernment from the hand-me-down notions of others.

I am taking a different approach for learning that includes Yoga and Meditation that was necessary before. I started practicing meditation today, slowly building time as I go. It was only 5 minutes before I grew restless, next time may be longer, if not that's ok. I am in no hurry.

I wanted a mantra that reflected my identity for growth and affirmation. Thankfulness, Love, Meaning, Heart. To know love and be thankful for its meaning according to one's heart.

Oneness is all, I am Oneness.

I always felt comfortable with nam myoho renge kyo about devotion to full enlightenment, I believe, is the ultimate meaning.

Get confirmed in "Trancendental Deep Meditation." The mantra is sacred, chosen only for you specifically and not to be bandied about..
Look it up. I'm sure it's still about.
This is a sacred, spiritual ceremony and is a scientific method to bring you to bliss consciousness. It REALLY WORKS.
haha!
You can't just wake one morning and say, "Oh, I think I'll become enlightened today"
I urge you to do this correctly.

My morning chant is We n de ya ho. It is a Cherokee song that means "I am of the Great Spirit" In the summer i set up my teepee and sing there with a hand drum. It feels good to start the day singing this as a proclamation and purpose for my day in ways that are pleasing to God. Some days it is almost transcendental.
