Do you have a something that is filled with stuff you ought to toss out?

Do you have a shelf, closet, or shed that has things you need to toss out, but you haven't done it?
I was in my shed and found cans of stuff that I should have tossed out years ago. Like the can of glue, which is one solid rock. I've got little parts of things that go on.......? Then there's the spare blade for the lawnmower I got rid of 5 years ago. That blade cost me a lot. I might be able to use it...... Here's the water skiing rope and handle. If I had a boat....

Yep I have 2 kitchen cabinets that have loads of dishes and drinking glasses that we never use, not to mention the endless tupperware style boxes

Yes two bedrooms in a 4 bedroom house are piled to the ceiling with junk. My wife is an hoarder. I sneak stuff into the trash as I can, but must be careful as not to be cought.

Don't have a shed, wouldn't work in a condo apartment. Do have a lot of excess "stuff" that needs thinning out. We keep a "donate" box in the spare bedroom which gets filled regularly.

I have a shelf in my closet that's packed with one-of-these-days-I'm-going-to-lose-a-little-weight-and-then-I can-wear-them-again articles of clothing.

Can't wear 'em, can't get rid of 'em, 'cause, y'know, one of these days I'm going to lose a little weight and then I can wear them again.....

Or not....probably not. But for sure they'll be up there just in case.

Top left hand shelf in my wardrobe is piled up with little treats and things picked up in 'Sales' to give as gifts, I have a large bag full of wrapping paper, different coloured tissue paper, ribbons, rosettes, gift tags and bags, no idea why as I rarely give gifts !

My apartment.

I'm like Manatee, I have a donation box in the closet by the door and I toss things in as I find them.

I long for the days when everything I owned fit into my car, LOL!!!

I need to find a new activity to replace my thrift store shopping. Repeat after me: Two elephants for a quarter is only a bargain if you really need two elephants!

I just decided Saturday (Really My Husband decided) that our closet and drawers have too many clothes in them. So since Saturday he has been putting things in boxes for me to go through. So far I was able to donate 3 large boxes to Goodwill. Of course they were all my things. As for my husband he hasn't seen anything he doesn't need. Just looking in the closet I have seen dozens of things he hasn't worn in the last few years, but he said he probably will wear them again.

I guess you would call me a neat hoarder. Every single thing has a place and I know exactly where everything is. The problem is I don't need all that stuff that is so neatly put away.

I have gobs of stuff in the basement and workshop that I haven't used in years. On my "bucket list", for this Winter, is to advertise a bunch of it on EBAY and start getting rid of things I no longer need. I've already sold some stuff...for example, a 1917 WW1 Bayonet that I picked up at an estate sale many years ago for no more than $10....some collector in Japan bought it for $150. I have a dozen older Ambassadeur fishing reels...some of which easily bring between $100 to $150....and one that could go for over $500. It's not unusual to find something in my "collection" that mystifies me as to why I bought it in the first place....it's time to start building up some cash reserves on PayPal.

We have a designated closet that holds things to be given to Goodwill or tossed. We have been casually working toward downsizing for awhile. As we find things in drawers, closets, or wherever that don't pass the "need" test, they go in the closet. When it gets full enough, we empty it out.
