I do! In the weirdest of places though.
When I wake up, I stretch really hard while I’m still laying down, and that always feels good, but then when I actually stand up and make my way to the bathroom, my ankles and the soles of my feet hurt!
I’ve never understood why. I’m flexible still, Ron says I’m very “bendy”
and walk and move and am on pmy feet a lot, but I'm not supporting huge weight excess. I have 8-10 extra pounds Im carrying right now but I can’t imagine that would be making my feet and ankles hurt!
Does your body hurt in weird places when you first get up?
