Don't do it when it's cold or like now when it's really hot but I will every now and then, in the spring and fall, sit on the patio in the evening and enjoy an adult beverage or two.

We are surrounded by a large forest and have livestock. We don't sit outside that much, unless doing chores or taking a walk.

Yep most days..even for just enough time to complete the crossword. I used to sit out there a lot when the X was here.. it was a ritual for 20 plus years, when we got home from work we'd get a drink and just sit outside studying the antics of the birds and the bats and chatting about our day..... it's not quite the same on my own now.... so I don't sit out for long..

Not in winter ( as it is right now ) We have our morning tea outside everyday when it’s nice weather …back verandah is large 14 x 4 mtrs so we have a garden swing we sit on together …..other side of our home has a 6x 6 mtr verandah got comfy outdoor chairs there …as well …Im Aussie as most know ..and our sun can be and is very harsh in warmer months so we tend to sit under a shelter, even sometimes sit under the shade of our fruit trees

Of course I do, especially in winter. I takes ages for my house to warm up in winter since it got roof insulation (thank you Mr Rudd) so I prefer to sit outside on the back verandah in the warmth and sunshine, read my book and enjoy the view.

We live within walking distance of a large lake with 9 miles of trails. It is much too hot right now, but when the weather is nice I go out to the lake and walk or sit on a bench and read. There is nothing like fresh air to improve the mood. I can't wait until fall comes.

Yes. We have muskoka chairs on our veranda that we sit in early morning and early evening.

Yes, especially at my favorite place. A little pond and park type area with a bridge outside the local art museum in Cleveland.

We have a small condo balcony. I used to sit and read sometimes in the summer but don't do so anymore. Neither does hubby. We go in and out a lot on our balcony, seeing what's going on in the street or hubby checks on his plants, but we don't usually sit there. And in our building, we never, ever see anyone on their balconies and we are home practically all the time. We can't believe no one goes out just for a breath of fresh air.

I spend about 4 hours a day outside on my condo balcony. I love it.

I get out and walk most days but I don’t have a convenient spot to sit.

I miss being able to enjoy my morning coffee on the porch three seasons of the year and also the days of a late night cigarette under the stars.

Well I don't, but my 11 year old golden doodle Maggie does! At around 11 pm when all of the other old folks in my community are fast asleep, l leave Maggie outside without her leash on and she lays peacefully on the grass in front on my cottage to watch the world go by.

Not in the dead of summer here in Florida.... If I'm outdoors, I'm either going from my front door to my car, from my car to wherever I'm going, back to my car and back into my house. I do walk down to the central mailbox after dark but I do that quickly.
