Do you know any weird doctor names?

About 40 years ago we had a Dr Kill in the NYC Metro area. I tried to trace the name but couldn't find any data online.
 

LOL I will never forget when I was interviewing for a job I went through a testing series. Then I had to meet with the psychologist to go over my results. Would you believe..his last name was Reveal..I walked into his office and just looked at his nameplate then looked at him and did not say a word....he smiled and said "I know, I know'
I have also heard of an MD called Dr. Pain..that is a name I would change in that profession...
