well I don't think they would reverse the ugly nodules in the bones in my fingers, but it might do something for the pain..I'll try it tho', anything is worth a try , thanks for that...I had arthritis in my hands 20 years ago. I took glucosamine and MSM and it went away.
Oh yes, absolutely.. I'm always on the look out for answers to how I can slow the progression down. My consultant is of no use whatsoever.. . My dd got me to take Turmeric in a Golden paste.. it helps with the pain, but it's nasty tasting stuff..I hope it helps @hollydolly . Mine weren't that bad -- they just hurt for a few months. Have you researched lifestyle changes (food, changing keyboard habits, etc.)?
No, I don't know anyone my age who doesn't know how to use a computer. I'm in my 80s and don't know anyone my age. However I know a lot of people in their 60s who don't know how to use a computer or smart phone with any good sense, good form, or good manners. They don't know when to put them down and turn them off. And Psychologists say allowing children to use computers and smart phones without proper supervision makes them psychotic.Do you know anyone who doesn't use one after all these years since we've commonly had home computers
I was first diagnosed about 25 years ago with RA. For 1 year I took gold...in pill form! But they do not use that anymore..it was. It totally put me in remission for a few years. Then it all flared again and I have been on various meds. I have no pain but am starting some twinges in my hands so my Rheumatologist suggested Humira..which I am considering.how did you get your arthritis under control, I'd love to know.. I started doing Tai Chi daily very simple, easy exercises with u-tube tapes...I do about 20 minutes in bed, 20 minutes in a chair or standing depending on how I feel.. I think that has helped me..What type of arthritis do you have?
