Yes I do, I even have a snort when I get going.
Me too!Yes I do, I even have a snort when I get going.![]()
We didn't name names. We are discreet. So now I know what happens after its over. Fodder for Gals' Comedy Jam.
Sharing a joke is marvellous.Having a good laugh with someone makes me feel closer to them, and the louder the laughter, the closer I feel.
That's how it feels to me, anyway. There's kind of an intimacy about it.
Such a little brat, I hope so.We didn't name names. We are discreet.![]()
I've done that, it's so embarrassing and makes everyone laugh.Yes I do, I even have a snort when I get going.![]()
There are a number of SF members from Canada. Seems like most of us have no problem with laughing. No problem laughing, I think I was told that I sound like my younger brother.
I am always laughing, my neighbors probably think l am on something. I watch a lot of TV and I enjoy comedy movies, one of my furbabies is a comedian as well so I laugh a lot and maybe a little loud, I can't help it. Laughter is good for you!Not as strange a question as you might think. I laugh very loudly, sometimes losing all control, needing to use a tissue to mop my eyes, nose, unable to breathe - in danger of choking even. Depending on what made me laugh. I once went to see Jim Davidson on stage and I thought I would actually die he was so shockingly rude about everyone and everything!
In contrast, my husband very rarely actually laughs. It's so strange. He smiles and enjoys a good joke but at best he might make a kind of strangled weird sound - which sets me off even more. He says he 'laughs inside'. He does have a good sense of humour, especially clever with words, but keeps a straight face.
So what kind of laugh have you got?
Laughter is so odd and has such a good effect on our well-being. I like being around people who have a natural gift for telling jokes.
I too am very quiet spoken, in fact I hate loud voices or noises. However, if something is very funny I do laugh loud. Usually a funny TV programme - I love The Golden Girls for instance and I laugh at Rose's stories. Not usually. I'm quiet spoken in my natural manner and rarely burst into loud speech and/or laughter. It has no bearing on whether I've enjoyed the moment as much as the guy in the corner who is "roaring" with laughter. Just a different manner of expressing it.
