Do you often curse at inanimate objects when they misbehave?

It can be extremely frustrating when something isn't working the way it should. I have been known to use very colorful language at times to let them know what I think of them. Pretty sure they don't understand a word I say, but somehow it makes me feel a bit better.
What are things that often send you over the edge?

I'm with @RadishRose on opening packaging. Some of it can actually harm you. I got a painful finger cut from a cat food top, which was very heavy duty foil. Also, the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray safety plastic packaging is insanely hard to open. I had to use a box cutter and scissors the other day! Despite the inconveniences, I don't do much cursing at the products.

I cursed at a piece of toast that fell on the floor yesterday. It landed jelly side up, as it should have, after the tongue lashing I gave it on the way down.

I rain down curses at the object, everyone who had any part of designing or manufacturing it and, if I'm really mad, anyone who is unlucky enough to be within hearing range.

I reserve special imprecations against the designer of disposable water bottles with their flimsy walls and the teensy tiny little caps that are high-near impossible to remove without squirting water all over your front. Bah, humbug.....

What I do remember were the times I talked quietly, calmly to some 1,250 ton Chiller Units
that were not working right.
Reminded them I was going to find out why they were in distress.
My helper swore I'd lost it.
He was used to mechanics who's answer to everything was a 'Bigger Hammer'...

I tend to counsel the object first. Seriously. I am often giving the apps on my phone, or the phone itself, advice to hurry up. I do swear at Google Maps much more often than any others and avoid using that one. It makes up some very creative, impractical, driving suggestions.

I don't think I even swore at the jar of pickles it took two days to open. I used my science thinking instead. I got them at the bargain store and their expiration date was near, so I reasoned they had sat on shelves for a long time, thus making the lid stickier.

Then I realized I was mistaken to put them in the fridge, makes the metal lid tighter, so I took them out.

Then ran lid under hot water and waited for that. Put on rubber gloves, banged the edge of lid with a butter knife, and finally, it opened.

The object was made by people. Therefore, they deserve the swearing.

Just get a Klean Kanteen or similar. They are so much better than plastic bottles. Klean Kanteen | Bottles, Cups, Mugs, Tumblers, Canisters and Straws

One time when my oldest granddaughter was about 4, I was really frustrated with some object and fussed, “ You piece of trash!”

She looked at me quizzically and said, “well, *throw it away* Grandma!”

I have many non-disposible bottles and use them most of the time, but sometimes you have to buy a bottle of water when you're out. And there I am, cursing at them.

To the dishwasher, 'Oh this is what were calling "dry" these days Is it?' to the clothes washer with the deep bin that gives me bruises on my side, "What NBA star did you think you were going to belong to? They can all afford better." I hate 'em all. We've been buying new and worsened appliances for over 20 years now.

I don't understand the new, giant washers and dryers with the giant housings. Is that a pride of ownership thing? The drum is yea big but the housing is 3 ft. wide by 4.5 ft. tall. Are people taking pictures of their laundry machines to impress their followers? I guess some are. Are some that starved for attention? I don't get it. It is to wash clothes. That's all.
