I'm in an apartment, and not finding it that bad either. Every time I start feeling sorry for myself ("I'm sooooo bored"), I remember that I'm really in a pretty luxurious prison, and the "prison," after all, is pretty much voluntary. I can go out any time I want.
I have all the food I need, lots of entertainment (yay Netflix, HBO, and Prime!), a phone to talk to people, a computer for Zoom family time, it's clean, warm, and comfortable, and above all, safe. Compared to 95% of the rest of the world, I have it pretty good.
Considering what's at risk, I don't begrudge this time indoors by myself. And besides, I like my own company!
