Do you remind people of a celebrity?

That's a great question, Gaer, but in my case I've never been told I remind them of a celebrity. Oh, an English friend once told me he thought I had the same accent as Woody Allen. Or was it...........can't remember.

Heaven help me, I think I sound like Fran Drescher.

many years ago I was often told I looked like Clodagh Rogers ( British singer)... she was older than me but she was beautiful.. so I had to take it as a compliment.. but there's no resemblance now...

Many many years ago I found the web page of Manus Hand, a celebrity in his own right, as someone who's life goal is to visit every gravesite of the President's, my Hero. I have only been to 17 of them. When I first saw the picture of Manus, I said, I look very similar, height, body build, face is not a mirror reflection, but at first, had to take a second look.

I don't know why but when I was a teenager I would go to our Church's BINGO night with my Mom and her friends. There was a teenage boy that was there a lot too. He would say "I know you are Sally Fields." Of course, I denied it, but he still always believed I was. Why I don't know.

I was told I looked like Katherine Hepburn too! This was in my 20's and 30's.
My late husband of 25 years always told me the way I acted and moved was exactly like Alexis Smith. said i had her personality.
I never understood that!
i always identified with Natalie Wood or Rachael McAdams.
It's strange the way other people see you, isn't it!

Well thatā€™s the ultimate compliment. Rachael McAdams is one of my favourite actresses. She played the role in ā€˜The Notebook;ā€™ one of the most romantic movies ever made and she had a great personality in it. Sheā€™s great in other movies too.

It is strange how others see us. The girl who told me this painted my picture so , needless to say, I was flattered. šŸ„°
 
In my twenties when I worked in an office, my supervisor thought I looked like Marilyn Monroe. I was floored by this. If he could see me now he'd deny it. I now look like her black haired way overweight sister whom should be kept from going out in public and scaring people. :D
