Do you sleep in the raw? What nightime rituals do you do?

I wear old, light cotton gowns that are comfy to bed. I have to sleep with a pillow between my knees or I won't be able to go to sleep. A small electric fan right by my bed is necessary to block out all sounds. And the room has to be totally dark. I pray prior to going to sleep and then get up every 2 or 3 hours to go potty (thanks to the diuretics I am taking). I wake up worn out from all of the tossing and turning too. In other words, I don't sleep all that great. Hubby's snoring about drove me nuts so now I sleep in the guest bedroom. He won't give up the luxurious bed in the master bedroom. lol :cautious:

We have his and hers desktop computers. They get shut off at night.
I sleep in t-shirt and boxers, she wears a gown.

I installed a motion sensor light switch in the bathroom. It comes on when I enter and it gives me a minute to get back to bed when I leave.

I sleep pretty much like you sleep except I must have some light in the room so I don’t kill myself on the potty runs.

What a gentleman

My girlfriend has a woman friend that sleep's naked and every time they go on a trip together they sleep in separate beds. My girlfriend try's not too look at her because she's nothing look at 70 years old.
I am speechless. 🙈

I could easily buy a bed just like the one in the master bedroom @Mr. Ed ; but refuse to make such an unnecessary purchase. I sleep well in the cozy guest bedroom.
Sorry, being sarcastic. My wife and I have 3 twin beds side by side. Mostly during the winter our two dogs crowds out of bed and she goes into a spare bedroom to sleep. Not unusual

I have always worn nightgowns to bed. I have to have a water cup nearby on my vanity so I can get a drink several times during the night. I also have a brush that is used for skin on the vanity (right next to my bed) so I can reach my various itches during the night. I don't know if it is a ritual but I watch videos on the flat screen monitor till I can't keep my eyes open. I used to read my Kindle but seems like I enjoy the videos at bedtime more. My bf always calls me around 10 or so because he knows I will be going to sleep soon, to tell me good night.
