I received the book 'Nourishing Traditions' for Christmas.
It's all about how to prepare nutrient dense food like they did generations ago.
The premise is that we are not preparing our food properly causing gut health problems and not getting all the rich nutrients from them.
I soaked some almonds overnight then dehydrated them. They are crispy and good and should be more digestible and more nutritious.
I've been experimenting with sourdough and fermentation and hope to get better at it by using this book.
