Do you take anything to maintain healthy bones?

Broken record here: Moving your body, particularly getting weight overhead will make bones substantially stronger and do so quickly. I also take one a day, and eat like a horse.

This theory suggests that the bone possesses an inherent biological system to elicit bone formation in response to high mechanical strains, thereby strengthening the bone."

Translated to plain language food, vitamins, and supplements are only the building blocks of bone, the body needs a stimulus to cause bone growth.
