Do you walk holding hands?

Both my husband and I have always held each others hand while walking, whether were in a store shopping, dining out, or at the dental clinic or at the hospital. As I only have partial vision in one of my eyes. Last week while the two of us were outside a store, a young lady noticed this and stated, "That is so sweet!" Her statement made my day❣️

Yes … we nearly always hold hands if out somewhere if it’s possible ,or I’ll put my hand between his arm / body and he will give my hand a light squeeze … and of course when we dance 💃
We are both In our second marriage ……so I think it’s important to keep that emotional attachment alive especially in latter years as it can become a habit of no touching/ affection / disconnection

We’ve been married 37 years next week

Reminds me of the oldster rock song, goes something like:

"She took my darned glasses last night
So I can't, so I can't
Drive my car and make my getaway.

While she's deceiving me
Takes my Social Security.
Has she got control of me?
I run from her but fall."

We did. I remember once after a nice meal at an Indian restaurant in the cute town of Montclair, we held hands while we took a walk. A car full of young people pulled up beside us and one of them commented on how cute we looked. I guess they were surprised to see senior citizens holding hands. :ROFLMAO:

We have been married more than 40 years and have always walked holding hands. We do it because my wife is not sure footed and her eye sight not as good as it once was, and last but not least, affection. Women love to see us holding hands, and sometimes smile and comment as they pass by.
